Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the Services to:
- Violate law, sanctions, export controls, court orders, contractual obligations, or third-party rights.
- Upload data obtained through theft, deception, unauthorized access, breach of confidence, or unlawful surveillance.
- Process consumer reports or determine eligibility for credit, employment, insurance, housing, or government benefits unless expressly authorized in writing and all applicable legal requirements are satisfied.
- Make fully automated legally significant decisions about individuals or use output as the sole basis for such decisions.
- Facilitate fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, market manipulation, deceptive accounting, falsified diligence, or concealment of material information.
- Generate or distribute malware; probe, scan, or test systems without authorization; bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, mirror, or use the Services to build a competing product except as permitted by law or written agreement.
- Upload highly sensitive regulated data that DiliPilot has not agreed in writing to process, including protected health information, card authentication data, biometric templates, classified data, or export-controlled technical data.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
- Harass, discriminate, defame, threaten, exploit, or cause physical, financial, or reputational harm.
- Misrepresent AI-generated output as independently audited, verified, certified, or professional advice.
- Interfere with service integrity, burden infrastructure, or introduce harmful code.
DiliPilot may investigate suspected violations, preserve relevant evidence, limit or suspend access, and report conduct to authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary. Enforcement will be proportionate to risk where practicable.
