What is a screening run?

A screening run is an analysis pass on a deal — not creating an empty workspace. You get 5 runs per month. Active deals (up to 3) are a separate capacity limit.

What happens when I hit 5 screening runs?

Further new-deal analysis is blocked for the rest of the month with an upgrade prompt. We do not silently meter overage charges.

Is Diligence a subscription?

No. Diligence is a one-time fee per deal. It never becomes a recurring line item.

Can I pause between deals?

Yes. Episodic use is normal. There is no lock-in framing — pause when you are between targets.
